Welcome to my portfolio! I'm Rana Haris Ali, a dedicated software engineer based in Frankfurt, Germany, with over 2.5 years of experience as a Full-Stack developer and DevOps engineer. I specialize in developing, deploying, and managing applications using a diverse array of tools and technologies.
My core expertise is in Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, SQL, MongoDB, Next.js and React.js, DevOps and Cloud. I am always eager to learn new tools and technologies, and to work on awesome new projects.
I pursued a degree in Software Engineering to fuel my passion for programming. After graduation, I joined Funavry Technologies, working on high-impact projects like the CNBC Arabia news management system and the Skill Yah learning platform using Javascript, Typescript, Python, Java, and frameworks such as NestJS, ExpressJS, NextJS, and ReactJS.
To polish my DevOps and Cloud skills, I joined ZVN DEV in a part-time DevOps engineer role, managing CI/CD pipelines, automating processes with shell scripts, and handling cloud infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at Philipps-Universität Marburg, Germany. My academic background and professional experience, combined with industry-recognized certifications in Data Structures and Algorithms, AWS Cloud-Native, and Full-Stack Web Development with React and Node.js, underscores my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
